Rug Wall Hangers
Typically rugs are used on the floor. Sometimes though with something called a rug wall hanger a rug can be hung on the wall displaying like a picture or piece of art. It can have the same effect on the colors of the room as a part of the wall as it can on the floor.
There are many methods that people use for hanging rugs on the walls but most involve tapes, glues, velcro, safety pins, and other methods will will ruin and destroy your rug. Most of these attach to the wall and use some sort of clamping mechanism to hold the rug in place. Really the more clamps that come with the wall hanger the better. This is because it will sag as much with more places to hold the rug.
Wall hangers themselves come in a variety of styles. Some can’t be seen hardly at all once a rug is hung while others have metal or wooden decoration to go along with the style of the rug. For example you can get a southwestern wall hanger for a southwestern rug if you wish.
